I found the qcn file of redmi 4a on the internet. the qpst program says that i can open the qcn file and open the diag port. i opened the diag port, but the computer is not reading it. computer reads mtp mode. after i transfer this file, i'm going to use another program. but my computer does not see my phone in diag port..
